THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so bad, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The material is shoddy, and the layout are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how read more they could sell thisitem without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd purchased something decent instead.
